🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We’re building an A-star partnerships team and seeking a Senior Account Manager to supercharge Ramp's partnership efforts across the blockchain ecosystem. You will work directly with our industry-leading partners, including MetaMask, Ledger, TrustWallet, and Argent. You’ll hunt for new up-selling opportunities and ensure the highest performance and partner satisfaction levels.

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Driving additional revenue by improving the overall integration performance.
  • Being an excellent listener who can spot upselling opportunities and opportunities for joint marketing campaigns.
  • Managing negotiations, navigating blockers and successfully sealing deals.
  • Crafting detailed and personalized business cases that align with the specific needs of our partners.
  • Onboarding new partners to our environment and getting them acquainted with the features of Ramp.
  • Growing the accounts by delivering exceptional partner experience daily.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the integration and working closely with the Product and Partnerships team to continuously improve the process.
  • Collaborating closely with different teams, including legal, compliance, product, sales, and marketing to ensure partners’ success.

🛠️ How we work

As part of the Commercial team, our Account Management department is dedicated to building robust partner relationships, driving growth, and ensuring satisfaction—from initial onboarding to ongoing support. We engage in multiple cross-discipline projects and initiatives, aiming to increase the volumes of our partners. The team is the essential link between our partners and Ramp, we prioritize collaborative efforts for mutual success. We collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Products, Legal, and Compliance to foster seamless, cross-functional teamwork.

⚙️Our toolkit:

  • Slack, Telegram, Discord, Notion, Google Workspace, ClickUp
  • HubSpot, Pitch, Tableau, Figma

🤟🏻What you will bring:

  • At least three years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
  • Ideally, previous Web3 experience - passion for crypto is also a plus.
  • Resourcefulness: the ability to bring creative solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as a dead end.
  • Empathy: ability to listen paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach: the ability to identify new opportunities to expand the partnership.
  • Independence and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment: we're here to support you, but we won't hold your hand all the time.
  • Curiosity and an open mind: we’re a culture of learners and we welcome a humble approach.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for international crypto conferences.
