About Radius Agent:
Radius Agent is a Series B, tech-driven real estate brokerage on a mission to empower agents and streamline the homeownership process. We combine SaaS, AI, and innovative tools to simplify transactions, provide real-time guidance, and help agents focus on what they do best: serving clients.

We’re looking for a New York–licensed Managing Broker to lead compliance and support our agents in NY, ensuring transactions meet state requirements while partnering with Product to train our AI assistant on NY-specific laws, processes, and standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a tech-forward brokerage, with a direct impact on our agents and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Technology Enablement: Train our internal AI with New York–specific laws, compliance processes, and best practices to deliver real-time guidance to agents.

  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee all NY transactions to meet DOS licensing laws, Fair Housing rules, MLS standards, and local regulations.

  • Transaction Oversight: Review contracts, disclosures, and agreements for accuracy, legality, and compliance.

  • Support & Coach Agents: Advise agents on transactions, risk management, and dispute resolution.

  • Lead Training: Conduct workshops and sessions to keep agents current on NY laws and best practices.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align compliance with business goals and optimize workflows.

  • Recruit & Grow: Assist with recruiting and onboarding agents, highlighting our compliance-first, tech-forward brokerage model.

  • Represent Radius: Build our NY presence through associations, industry events, and local partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Active New York Managing Broker license (required)

  • Deep understanding of New York real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and transaction standards

  • Strong background in reviewing contracts, disclosures, and compliance documentation

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in brokerage compliance or managing broker roles

  • Tech-forward mindset, comfortable adopting and training new tools and platforms

  • Experience working with technology or SaaS systems, with a willingness to train our AI through Product

  • Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented and solutions-driven


Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a proptech, SaaS, or AI-driven environment

  • Experience with compliance technology platforms and brokerage operations tools

  • Established network within NY real estate associations and MLS organizations

  • Prior experience scaling brokerage teams or supporting agent recruiting

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 base + performance incentives
