About Us

PVML is building the data access layer for enterprise AI. Our technology enables organizations to spin up infinite Virtual Databases that securely connect AI applications, agents, and analytics tools to sensitive enterprise data while enforcing access controls, privacy, and governance in real time.

We work with large enterprises and regulated organizations where security, data infrastructure, and AI adoption are critical.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales across the US market.

You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing opportunities through technical evaluation, procurement, negotiation, and close. You will work directly with senior business and technical stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CDOs, data leaders, and AI teams.

This role is best suited for someone with meaningful experience selling complex B2B technology into large enterprises. Experience selling infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity, developer tools, or other deep technical solutions is highly relevant. Experience in financial services or fintech is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage enterprise opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, procurement, and closing.
  • Develop Strategic Accounts: Identify and build relationships with large US enterprises, focusing on organizations with complex data, security, and AI requirements.
  • Engage Executive Buyers: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, security, data, AI, and business teams.
  • Lead Complex Technical Sales: Understand customer architecture and requirements, position PVML within existing data and AI environments, and work closely with technical teams throughout evaluations and pilots.
  • Build and Manage Pipeline: Generate new opportunities directly and work with SDRs, marketing, partners, and company leadership to build a strong enterprise pipeline.
  • Drive Proofs of Value: Coordinate technical evaluations and ensure clear business and technical success criteria are established and achieved.
  • Navigate Enterprise Procurement: Manage security reviews, legal processes, procurement, pricing discussions, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Forecast and Execute: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting, manage opportunities in the CRM, and consistently work toward revenue targets.
  • Represent the Market: Bring customer feedback, competitive insights, and market requirements back to the product and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with meaningful experience closing enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record selling complex technical products with significant deal sizes and multi-month sales cycles.
  • Experience selling infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity, developer infrastructure, cloud technology, or other deep-tech enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and the ability to communicate effectively with technical buyers.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises and navigating multiple stakeholders across technical, business, security, procurement, and legal teams.
  • Strong prospecting and account development skills. Comfortable creating opportunities rather than relying only on inbound leads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Highly independent and comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Based in the US and able to travel for customer meetings when required.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into financial services, banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Existing relationships with senior technology, IT, data, security, or AI leaders at large enterprises.
  • Experience selling products related to data infrastructure, databases, data security, data governance, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup.

Why Join Us?

  • Enterprise Opportunity: Sell a highly technical product addressing one of the biggest challenges enterprises face as they adopt AI: secure access to sensitive data.
  • Strategic Role: Work directly with the founders and leadership team and have a meaningful impact on our US go-to-market strategy.
  • Large Enterprise Focus: Work on complex, high-value opportunities with some of the largest organizations in the market.
  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary, commission structure, and equity.
  • High-Growth Environment: Join at a stage where strong execution can have a direct impact on the company’s growth and your own role within it.
