Permit.io’s seeking an exceptional Director of Growth to join our team, which is focused on a bottom-up, product led growth market strategy catering to software developers.

You ideate and execute intelligent growth strategies directly with technical audiences across digital channels. A hands-on talented, creative, and dynamic marketeer at heart. Highly motivated and outstanding communicator, with high empathy for developers and the software development process. Passion for product, creative and content a major plus.
At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
Deep empathy and understanding of the developer role
Ability to work with deep technical content / subjects
Decent understanding of software development and the cloud-native space
Proven experience of aggressive growth rates
Full marketing funnel ownership, using analytics and automation tools, campaign management tools, analytics tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics/tag manager, Pendo)
Interest and ideally experience in PLG, bottom-up go-to market motions
Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and community engagements
What you'll do
Lead all of our day to day marketing efforts, working closely with the founders, and an experienced marketing contractor. Working on a content driven strategy focused on developers.
Driving content creation (Blogs, webinars, whitepapers, video, podcasts etc.)
Build a marketing process, based on analytic feedback loops
Driving SEO strategy
Work closely with our Dev Advocate, Community manager, and marketing directors
Leveraging Social network Assets (Fb, Twitter , Reddit, LI)
Engaging with our open-source communities (Slack based)
Leverage PPC, retargeting, and creative campaigns
