Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carrier Sales Representative based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining carrier relationships, negotiating pricing agreements, and ensuring efficient freight movement across North America. This role involves actively sourcing carriers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring high levels of service to meet customer expectations while addressing logistical challenges in a timely manner. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and carrier development
  • Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with custom brokerage and cross-border trade between the US and Mexico is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience with AI-driven technologies and logistics software is a valued asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
