The opportunity for you:

This pivotal role is directly tied to Nuvocargo’s success—you’ll transform our product and operations, and ultimately the industry, using cutting-edge technology. Working closely with department heads, you’ll build products, define new processes and create new functions as we scale.

• As a Product Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technology—leading cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of logistics and trade at Nuvocargo. • You will work across teams—including Ops, Carrier Sales, Customs and R&D—to identify inefficiencies, develop new capabilities, and build scalable solutions that improve our core processes, technology, and overall business performance.

This role is based in Mexico City and will require you to travel to the border, customer operations, carrier yards, and warehouses. You’re hands-on, not only sitting behind a desk—you’ll be in the operations, solving problems, making things happen, and driving change.

How You Drive Impact

To succeed in this role, you must think strategically to align daily execution with business objectives, embed yourself in operations to deeply understand challenges, and rapidly build and test solutions using AI, no-code, and low-code tools to drive efficiency and innovation. Once you have validated that something works, collaborate with engineering to implement the solution in a scalable way.

What You’ll Do in a Typical Week

• Dive deep into operations. Spend time with cross-functional teams—Ops, Carrier Sales, Customs—to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Whether analyzing workflows or shadowing frontline teams, you’ll work hands-on to understand challenges at their core.
• Leverage technology to solve real problems. Build MVPs, automate processes, and experiment with AI, no-code, and low-code tools to rapidly test and implement solutions that drive efficiency. Then, work with engineering to make them scalable and efficient.
• Turn insights into action. Use data to diagnose operational bottlenecks, propose high-impact initiatives, and lead execution from ideation to launch—whether it’s optimizing a process, refining an incentive structure, or rolling out a new tool.
• Align strategy with execution. Bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and on-the-ground realities by developing roadmaps, defining key priorities, and ensuring teams are working toward measurable outcomes.
• Work directly with customers and partners. Visit warehouses, carrier yards, and customer operations to see firsthand how logistics flows, gather insights, and refine solutions that improve service and scalability.
• Communicate, synthesize, and drive alignment. Lead discussions with leadership and stakeholders, present data-driven recommendations, and ensure initiatives are well-structured, clear, and moving forward efficiently.
