About the Role
You keep the New York office running. The space stays clean, stocked, and ready — snacks topped up before they run out, the front door warm for every visitor, all-hands and on-site meetings that start on time and run without a hitch. When something's about to slip, you catch it before anyone else notices. When priorities shift at noon, you adapt and keep the day on track.
This is hands-on office management with real ownership. You'll run the day to day, anticipate what's coming, and manage the dependencies that keep things moving. You'll also support the Founder directly — coordinating travel, reservations, and expenses with accuracy and discretion.

Bring 3+ years running an office or supporting a senior leader, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
Exercise strong judgment and prioritization, knowing what deserves attention now and what can wait
Communicate clearly and thoughtfully — writing with precision, following up consistently, sharing context with warmth and efficiency
Solve problems creatively, finding a way forward even with limited resources
Stay composed when priorities shift mid-day, adapting fast and keeping things on track
Set up all-hands and on-site meetings that start on time and run without a hitch
Take ownership proactively, stepping in wherever it keeps momentum going
Keep the office clean, stocked, and presentable, so the space always reflects the company
Welcome visitors and make sure every guest has what they need from the moment they arrive
