Job Title: Surrogate Case Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
As a Surrogate Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and support for gestational carriers (surrogates) throughout their journey—from matching through postpartum. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, intended parents, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, ethical, and compassionate experience for every surrogate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated case manager for a cohort of gestational carriers, providing consistent communication and emotional support.

  • Guide surrogates through each phase of the journey: screening, matching, medical clearance, legal, pregnancy, and postpartum.

  • Coordinate logistics including medical appointments, travel, and communication with fertility clinics and other providers.

  • Collaborate with intended parents, clinical teams, and internal staff to ensure timely updates and smooth transitions between journey milestones.

  • Monitor progress and proactively identify any potential concerns or needs that arise during the surrogate’s experience.

  • Document all communications and updates in internal systems with accuracy and discretion.

  • Educate and advocate for surrogates, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and cared for throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in case management, client services, reproductive healthcare, social work, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple journeys at different stages simultaneously.

  • Passion for supporting women and families in reproductive care.

  • Familiarity with third-party reproduction, surrogacy, or fertility a plus.

Why Join Us:
You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s redefining what surrogacy can look like: ethical, transparent, and centered on empathy. We believe in supporting both surrogates and intended parents with care and integrity at every step.
