About Neon

The USA spends 20% of our GDP on healthcare. And 1/3 of that is administrative workflows: like phone calls, data entry, and endless back-and-forth between doctors, insurance companies, and patients.

That's $1,500,000,000 of spend on mundane jobs that can now be automated.

Neon is building the automation platform for healthcare: tackling this $1,500,000,000 of administrative bloat.

We're started by tech veterans, YC and MIT alums, and backed by top Silicon Valley investors.

We're profitable and growing fast with 7+ figure customer contracts.

Our vision is to become the AI automation platform for healthcare. We won’t stop until we’ve become a company on the scale of Palantir ($200B+ market cap), selling advanced automation solutions massive enterprises.

We know we’ll have won when healthcare executives in the largest healthcare orgs look to us as exemplars of healthcare automation.

In the future, when a hospital, health insurer, or pharma company exec wonders, “how can I automate this administrative function?” they will immediately think of Neon.

Read on if you want to join a rocket ship that is bringing SOTA AI systems to healthcare.

What’s unique about working here?

Team Personality

We’re a rare blend of mission-driven capitalists.

We see an opportunity to build a $200B+ business while helping patients get access to life-saving drugs.

Working like an athlete

We’re incredibly ambitious. We are sprinting at this market opportunity – playing to win.

As such, we are looking for “athletes” in each functional domain.

We work together, in person, in downtown San Francisco.

And we have frequent team offsites.

We believe this cadence is optimal for modern knowledge work. Remote work is not for us.

Frequent offsites

We spend one week every month offsite in beautiful places like Tahoe, Squamish, Mendocino, the Santa Cruz mountains, and Monterrey. We ship an incredible amount of product on these offsites. And we have a blast — climbing, swimming, surfing, and otherwise enjoying these beautiful places.

Rediscover the magic of working side by side with a team that — through their example of excellence — is inspiring you to reach your potential.

It’s not for everyone.

But if you long for an intense camaraderie that you can’t find elsewhere, then Neon is the place for you.
