The Engagement

We’re looking for a hands-on, deeply experienced contractor to optimize our HubSpot instance and ensure a seamless, reportable lead flow into Salesforce. This is a part‑time engagement (≈10-20 hrs/week) for an initial 3‑month term, with the possibility to extend.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit the current HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, workflows, and integrations, documenting the lead lifecycle end‑to‑end.
  • Design and implement improvements to scoring models, nurture programs, campaign templates, and multi‑touch attribution reporting.
  • Map and configure the HubSpot ↔ Salesforce sync (field mapping, duplicate prevention, routing rules, revenue attribution, SLA dashboards).
  • Translate business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot custom properties, forms, lists, workflows, and automation logic.
  • Establish data‑hygiene and governance best practices (naming conventions, GDPR, CCPA, opt‑in/consent management).
  • Produce clear documentation and train internal users on new processes.
  • Track project progress, communicate status, and surface risks in a timely manner.
  • Build dynamic email workflows for high-value prospect and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define and enforce UTM structures for consistent attribution and reporting.

What You Bring

  • Salesforce Administrator certificate
  • Advanced expertise configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications required) and native/third‑party Salesforce integrations
  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related SaaS roles.
  • Solid understanding of demand‑generation metrics, funnel management, and lead‑lifecycle architecture (MQL → SQL → Opportunity)
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot & Salesforce architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email/templates and familiarity with APIs/webhooks.
  • Data‑driven mindset—comfortable with segmentation, reporting, and basic SQL or BI tooling.
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management, project‑management, and documentation skills.
  • Industry experience within the restaurant space is a major bonus.

Engagement Details

  • Hours: ≈10-20 per week (flexible & remote).
  • Compensation: Up to USD $70/hr (commensurate with experience).
  • Contract length: Initial 3 months with potential to extend.
  • 1099 or Corp‑to‑Corp.
