Role Summary
As the Demand Generation Manager for Meal Ticket, you will play a crucial role in fueling our growth, particularly with MarketMan, our restaurant inventory management SaaS solution (www.marketman.com). This fully remote position entrusts you to proactively own the strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that fill the sales pipeline and drive product adoption. Starting as an individual contributor, you’ll have the opportunity to scale our demand generation engine, with potential to grow into a team leadership role as the company scales and performance goals are met. This is a high-impact role in which your expertise in B2B marketing and account-based strategies will directly contribute to MarketMan’s expansion and success.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels (search/SEM, social media, display, OTT, CTV, SEO, email, events, etc.) to generate qualified leads and meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Plan and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbook targeting strategic restaurant and hospitality accounts, collaborating closely with Sales to define target segments, tailor messaging, personalize prospect experiences, and coordinate outreach that drives engagement.
- Drive customer marketing initiatives to nurture our existing customer base – promoting adoption, new features, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, reviews and referrals – in order to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio to track attribution and ROI. Leverage data-driven insights to iterate and improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
- Manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing processes to ensure leads are properly tracked with UTM parameters and enrolled in the proper workflows. Optimize our marketing automation workflows for efficient lead nurturing and timely hand-off of sales-ready leads to the Sales team.
- Continuously optimize and experiment – conduct A/B tests on campaign elements (ads, landing pages, email, etc.), experiment with new channels and tactics, and refine audience segmentation to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align demand generation efforts with product launches, sales goals, and overall go-to-market strategy. You will ensure consistent messaging and coordinate campaigns that support broader company objectives.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation, ABM and customer marketing experience: Proven track record of independently planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and implementing ABM playbooks that drive pipeline growth in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Digital marketing proficiency: Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels and ad platforms including Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, DSPs (e.g. StackAdapt), Capterra, and other software review sites – with the analytical skills to maximize performance.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing technology: Proficient in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) for campaign management, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting.
Data-driven and analytical mindset: Deep understanding of UTM tagging and attribution tracking to measure multi-touch campaigns. Able to analyze funnel metrics and use reporting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio) to glean insights and guide decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration: Superb written and verbal communication skills for presenting big ideas, crafting campaign messaging, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Experience aligning closely with sales teams on targets and feedback loops is a must.
- Industry experience: Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, and/or foodservice technology sector is a plus – you understand the unique customer mindset and industry dynamics of the restaurant world.
