Job Summary:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager joining our fast-paced team, you will play a major role developing key integrated partner relationships across the restaurant technology industry. Your responsibilities include establishing a partnerships strategy that creates opportunities for us to develop & nurture new commercial connections, as well as grow existing relationships.

Which is why we are looking for a people-person who can develop and nurture relationships with an array of Strategic Partners - Square, Toast, Lightspeed and Touchbistro - to just name a few. You will own the partner engagement lifecycle, and spearhead our initiative to grow revenue via business referrals, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives from our partnerships.

What you’ll do:
Be the main point of contact with our partners and direct the partnership lifecycle: from understanding the partner product strategy and helping drive the integration go-to-market to maintaining ongoing relationships and ultimately generating revenue through direct referrals
Generate leads and opportunities by leveraging new and existing partners as a prospect-generating channel.
Develop, track, & communicate KPIS for all events & partnership initiatives.
Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
Discover, onboard, and perform ongoing management to accelerate sales of channel partner
Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ AEs, SEs, and leadership to increase awareness of the MarketMan integrations
Engage integration partners to explore different and innovative strategies and opportunities
Build the organizational network of new partners through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners
Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create partner enablement content and infrastructure
Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations and demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
Drive engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue through Strategic Partnerships

What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of partnerships, biz dev, channel sales, customer success, or partner marketing experience, preferably for a B2B technology or hospitality brand.
A proven track record in planning & coordinating exceptional offline & online events
Strong conceptual thinker with an interest in bringing creativity & energy to a burgeoning sales team
Exceptional communication, project management, & prioritization skills
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Action-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions, and team results.
Experience managing a large portfolio of projects, both tactical and strategic.
Roll-up-your sleeves attitude with an eagerness to work in the unpredictable operating environment of a fast growing company

Position Benefits:
Work Status: Full-time, Salaried
Compensation: Paid out twice monthly
Bonus: Paid out Quarterly Based Upon Performance of set goals as described in the bonus structure.
Benefits: Meal Ticket offers an unlimited PTO plan and 15 company-designated paid holidays.
