Sales Development Executive
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative/Manager to join our team! SD’s at MarketMan are highly motivated and possess strong sales acumen while demonstrating a fearless approach in developing prospect relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to cultivate and drive an entire sales cycle, from prospecting to demonstration. You will work to manage a stream of prospects and leads generated from our LinkedIn, ABM, Website, and Email campaigns.
In this role, you will work 1:1 with AEs to develop and execute sales strategies, generate business opportunities and build new business. We have a variety of inbound and outbound lead channels that would benefit from a high touch, proactive approach.
Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs. You will be responsible for objectives, targets, tactics, metrics, and processes to drive customer and data acquisition
Research, identify and qualify key players to develop a pipeline
Execute campaigns to decision at target F&B/Hospitality accounts
Schedule calls and meetings to introduce MarketMan’s platform to prospects and qualify interest
Reporting key findings about leads to the Sales Team
Qualifying potential prospects for our products
Assisting our sales team throughout the sales cycle
Achieve and exceed goals and quotas related to qualifying leads and revenue objectives
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
1-3 years’ experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role
Experience in SaaS and/or B2B
Experience in F&B and/or Hospitality a strong plus
Conceptual understanding around development and execution of lead generation
CRM experience strongly preferred
Ability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment

Generate a sales pipeline of MidMarket and Enterprise restaurant companies. Increase conversion of leads to opportunities of our inbound lead generation channels.
Work Status: Full-time, Salaried
Compensation: Paid out twice monthly
Bonus: Paid out Quarterly Based Upon Performance of set goals as described in the bonus structure.
