About The Role

We are looking for a Capital Markets Solutions Manager to bring deep CRE financing expertise to our customers and prospects. You’ll sit within our account management team but will add value across the org:

  • Supporting existing customers by parachuting in on more complex financing deals, providing capital markets guidance to ensure successful outcomes
  • Joining pre-sales calls with prospective customers to reinforce our credibility as both a technology company and capital markets experts
  • Partnering with Account Managers to support customers piloting our software, ensuring they see success and convert into long-term customers
  • Engage with directly with lenders to understand their programs and parameters, and ensure they are properly captured within Lev's data platforms

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in capital markets, supporting both pre-sales opportunities and existing customers
  • Provide specialized guidance on complex financing deals, helping customers navigate challenges and structure solutions effectively
  • Partner with account managers to support pilots, helping prospects realize the value of Lev and convert into customers
  • Collaborate with sales and account management leadership to refine how we position Lev’s capital markets expertise in the market
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership on gaps and opportunities observed in the field

The must haves

  • 4+ years of experience as a commercial real estate finance broker or lender
  • Strong understanding of financing structures, lender relationships, and deal workflows
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both sophisticated and non-specialist audiences
  • Comfort parachuting into customer situations to provide expertise on more complex or high-stakes deals
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to the twists and turns of startup life
  • Experience with SaaS platforms a strong plus; genuine interest in commercial real estate technology a must
