About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven VP of Sales to take our sales organization to the next level. Reporting directly to our founder and CEO, this is a step-up role for someone who is currently excelling as an RVP or AVP and is ready to take on executive-level responsibility. You’ll inherit a team of 5 Account Executives and be tasked with growing, coaching, and scaling the team to meet our ambitious goals.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives, riding side-saddle on deals to support and sharpen their craft
- Own enterprise account sales through closing, with close collaboration across the organization and with our CEO
- Build and refine Lev’s sales playbook, drawing on best-in-class sales methodologies you’ve trained under
- Develop a strategy and team structure for taking some exciting new land and expand products we’re launching to market
- Develop a culture of accountability and continuous learning, ensuring AEs consistently meet and exceed quota
- Partner with SDR leadership and marketing to optimize pipeline generation
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting on sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Act as a voice of the customer to our executive and product teams, highlighting gaps and opportunities to increase revenue with new features and products
- Work cross-functionally to bring in subject-matter experts from product, marketing, and capital markets to support complex sales cycles
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new AEs as the team grows
The must haves
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years leading a team in a high-growth environment
- Experience as an RVP or AVP (or similar role) with a track record of exceeding team targets
- Proven ability to coach and develop Account Executives, not just manage them
- Familiarity with multiple sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) and the judgment to apply them effectively
- Comfort rolling up your sleeves to join AEs in customer meetings and negotiations
- An AI- and data-led approach to leadership, with fluency in the latest tools, including HubSpot, Gong and various sales analytics and data tools
- Proven success moving sales teams upmarket and driving wins in enterprise accounts
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to the twists and turns of startup life
- Knowledge of commercial real estate a major plus; interest in commercial real estate a must!
