About Lev

Lev is transforming the $600B commercial real estate financing space. We have built a platform that uses AI to match brokers and borrowers with the best-fit lenders for their deals, and automate the most time-consuming parts of the financing process.

We are the first company to be tackling this problem at scale, which is why top-tier VCs and a who’s who of financial companies have invested more than $100M to help us grab this massive opportunity.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to join Lev and drive the development and success of our platform. • Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions. Lead the process from ideation through testing to rapid, high quality delivery.
  • Product Ownership: Take full ownership of product development by defining clear requirements and leading a dedicated scrum team through the design and engineering phases.
  • Data-Driven Progress: Establish key performance metrics, implement effective tracking systems, and iteratively improve upon outcomes to drive success.
  • Roadmap: Help shape and manage a product roadmap that aligns with both our customers' evolving needs and the company's strategic objectives.
  • Customer-First Delivery: Ensure every product release delivers exceptional value to our customers while achieving core business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Product Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, successfully delivering products that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Results-Driven: Show a proven ability to set and exceed ambitious goals, actively contributing to company growth.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, align teams, and advocate for the value of our solutions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Have experience working closely with engineering teams to successfully deliver complex software projects within tight deadlines.
  • Customer Obsession: Demonstrate a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our customers.
  • Passion for Product Excellence: Continuously test, iterate, and push for the creation of best-in-class software experiences.
  • Self-Starter: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you lead projects independently and drive them to successful completion.
  • Adaptability: Excel in a dynamic workplace, where you’re comfortable stepping beyond your defined role to support the company’s success.
