Position Overview: As an Account Executive (AE) at Lev, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our platform's user base. Your primary focus will be prospecting potential customers, understanding their pain points, demonstrating our value and getting them onboarded to the platform. You will also serve as the primary contact for these accounts throughout their experience on the Lev platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Supplement inbound leads and SDR activity to find and reach out to potential new customers through various communication channels. Work with SDRs to develop new strategies to engage and capture client interest.
  • Engagement and Attention: Engage potential customers effectively to get their attention and interest in Lev's platform. Build rapport and establish initial contact with prospective clients.
  • Pitch/Demo Preparation: Prepare thoroughly for pitch and demo meetings with potential customers. Understand their unique pain points and tailor your approach to address their specific needs.
  • Effective Demo Calls: Conduct compelling demo calls where you listen to and understand the customer’s challenges. Pitch Lev’s platform as the ideal solution, highlighting its features and benefits that align with their needs.
  • Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customers seamlessly onto Lev's platform. Ensure they have a smooth transition and fully understand how to use the platform to meet their financing needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience (Beneficial but Not Required): While experience in commercial real estate is beneficial and valued, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who possess the motivation and drive to excel in the sales field. SaaS experience a plus.
