Description

Who Are We?

Komodor is building the AI SRE platform for cloud-native engineering teams. Our AI agent, Klaudia, autonomously investigates incidents and remediates failures across Kubernetes and the full cloud-native stack. With $67M in funding and deep roots in Kubernetes operations, we are now leading the shift toward truly autonomous infrastructure.

We don’t help engineers manage infrastructure. We replace the toil that slows them down.

Your Core Mission

The Product Architect at Komodor sits at the intersection of deep technical credibility, hands-on product ownership, and customer intimacy. You will take product ideas from zero to prototype, shape Klaudia’s roadmap with real engineering and customer signals, and build the bridges between our AI SRE platform and the engineers who depend on it.

If you have shipped products for technical users, understand Kubernetes from the inside out, and want to leave a mark on how autonomous infrastructure works - read on.

The Product Architect is a senior individual contributor who owns product work end-to-end - from the earliest discovery conversation through prototype, technical validation, and customer rollout. You are not waiting for specs to land on your desk. You generate and drive it forward.

What You Will Do

  • Product Initiation - Drive new initiatives from day zero into clear requirements: discovery, competitive analysis, problem definition, and MVP scoping.
  • Product Prototype Development - Build proof-of-concepts that validate product direction and give R&D a working baseline to build from, reducing time to implementation.
  • Feature Ownership - Own your features end-to-end through R&D execution tracking until the feature ships.
  • Customer Engagement - Work directly with both prospects and existing customers. Support POCs, run product discovery sessions, and translate what you learn into product recommendations.
  • Quality Loop - Close the loop on shipped features. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to assess real-world performance and drive improvements.

Requirements

You Are

  • 3+ years of background as a DevOps engineer, SRE, cloud architect, or software developer - you understand the pain because you’ve lived it.
  • 2+ years of product management or product architect experience in B2B SaaS products for technical users. Proven experience working with customers as part of your previous roles is a must.
  • Alternatively, 3+ years of experience as a solution engineer working with both customers and internal engineering teams to deliver products.
  • Track record at two or more companies in the cloud infrastructure or developer tooling space.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.

Strong Signal

  • Exposure to LLM-powered tooling for infrastructure.
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or Observability vendors.
  • Experience with running technical sales POCs, working directly with engineering and DevOps teams at customer accounts.

How You Work

  • You operate at high autonomy. You don’t need process scaffolding to make progress.
  • You move fast without cutting technical depth. Speed and depth are not opposites for you.
  • You write clearly. PRDs, customer facing docs, competitive analysis.
