Description

Core Mission:

At Komodor, the Organic Growth & Website Manager will take charge of all things organic—from website performance and SEO to conversion rate optimization (CRO). You'll own our most valuable digital real estate (yep, the website) and make sure it’s working 24/7 to attract, engage, and convert the right audiences. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing and working closely with demand gen, product marketing, design, and ops, you'll be the driving force behind the programs and platforms that power our always-on engine.

But this role is more than just rankings and page speed—you’ll also bring operational know-how to support lifecycle initiatives like email nurtures, webinars, and HubSpot workflows. So if you thrive at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and execution, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Komodor’s website strategy—identify high-impact opportunities, plan new pages and sections, and continuously optimize for performance, experience, and conversion.
  • Partner with product marketing and design to bring the website to life—launching new content, refreshing existing pages, and supporting ongoing campaigns with precision and speed.
  • Lead CRO efforts with a user-first mindset—map out key journeys, analyze behavior across the funnel, and design experiments that turn passive visitors into active, high-intent buyers.
  • Lead the evolution of Komodor’s SEO/GEO strategy—shifting from traditional tactics to a modern approach that embraces generative search, topical authority, and structured content designed for both humans and AI discovery engines.
  • Analyze website and SEO/GEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, and turn insights into action
  • Collaborate with the Digital Demand Generation Manager to convert paid traffic and campaign engagement into qualified pipeline through optimized landing experiences and performance tracking.
  • Partner with the Revenue marketing team to support email marketing, webinars, and integrated campaigns.
  • Support marketing operations tasks in HubSpot, including workflows, email automations, and lead routing.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management, SEO, or CRO in the B2B tech space (a must!)
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, GA, GSC, SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush), and website A/B testing tools.
  • Operational chops—comfortable operating workflows, setting up email nurtures, and managing campaign assets in HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving problems with creativity and data.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple initiatives without letting anything slip through the cracks!
