We’re hiring a full-time Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our Sales Team at our Tel Aviv office.

This position requires Monday-Friday availability.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with strong people skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with top-tier companies globally, lead negotiations, and build partnerships that drive growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of industry-leading partners worldwide.
  • Lead negotiations with top e-commerce companies in North America and beyond.
  • Manage partnership renewals and oversee ongoing collaborations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and launch initiatives with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends and propose new business ideas.
  • Maintain strong communication with partners to boost performance and explore opportunities.
  • Develop unique onboarding strategies to showcase Karma’s value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing sales experience (comfortable engaging C-level executives).
  • Native English speaker.
  • Experience in B2B outbound sales (big advantage).
  • Familiarity with North American and European markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and within a team.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for building and closing deals.

  • Experience managing CRMs and sales funnels (HubSpot proficiency is a plus).
