We are currently looking for a full-time User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing team at Karma’s office in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the day-to-day campaign creation, analysis and optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
  • Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor budget optimization of campaigns and acquisition tactics in order to maximize revenue and ROAS.
  • Lead creative development for impactful user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager / PPC Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Google & FB - a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset & Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • English at a very high level - a must.
  • Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Graduated with B.sc/Economics, or any other analytical degree – Advantage.
  • Creative mind & thinking - a must.
  • PPC course graduated – Advantage.
