We are currently looking for a full-time Product Manager to join our amazing product team in Karma’s office in Tel-Aviv.

The Role:

As Product Manager at Karma, you will be the single PM in the team (with plans to expand in the future). You will oversee all current company products and drive the development of new ones.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional user experiences for our consumer-facing (B2C) products across multiple platforms, including mobile apps, web, and browser extensions.

Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage the product roadmap, guiding products from concept to launch while aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize business needs, set milestones, and proactively address opportunities and risks.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage customer insights, market research, and analytics to inform product decisions, iterating through design and testing phases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Growth Focus: Lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention to grow the platform.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance, innovative team environment and inspire colleagues to achieve their best.

Requirements

  • Product management experience: 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer facing (B2C) products.
  • (B2C) experience: Proven ability to create user-focused products that users love and that seamlessly integrate technology and design.
  • Mobile apps: A deep passion for and understanding of the latest mobile app trends across e-commerce and other industries.
  • Advantage: eCommerce, Subscription-based products and FinTech.
  • Process Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to reaching a product-market fit.
  • Data Proficiency: Impressive at using data to drive decisions and effectively communicate insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights for diverse teams.
  • Independence & Initiative: Self-starter who works well independently, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
