Position Summary
Incredible Health is looking for a high-impact Strategy & Marketplace Operations Lead to support the growth and optimization of our software and AI-enabled healthcare career marketplace. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Marketplace, and cross-functional teams to implement and scale high-priority initiatives that improve marketplace performance and support expansion.
In this highly collaborative, strategic and execution-focused role, you'll wear multiple hats: part marketplace strategist, part operator, part problem solver. You'll help ensure we're delivering an exceptional experience for both healthcare professionals and health systems while driving toward aggressive growth and performance targets. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and GTM in a mission-driven, venture-backed company transforming healthcare hiring.
This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager, Marketplace to define the quarterly roadmap and OKRs for marketplace growth and health
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Finance and Operations teams to stand up and manage a program of initiatives to drive improvements across user acquisition and conversion. There’s also a close collaboration with Incredible Health’s executive leadership team.
- Analyze supply/demand and conversion metrics to uncover opportunities for optimization and lead data-informed experiments to improve performance
- Support GTM execution and expansion into new geographic markets, including pre-launch planning, execution coordination, and post-launch performance tracking
- Provide strategic support for our core talent-facing operations teams, who speak with our customers every day to help them find their next job.
- Partner with our Data team to build reports and dashboards to track marketplace trends and initiative impact; translate insights into executive-level recommendations
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
- You will fully own the day to day program management of one of Incredible Health’s strategic growth programs, including; development of a quarterly roadmap and direct communication and reporting on progress to CEO & executive leadership.
- You will have developed and aligned on a quarterly marketplace roadmap, including KPIs and goal setting.
- You will have delivered 2–3 growth/efficiency improvements backed by data analysis and experimentation
- You will fully own capacity planning for our talent-facing operations teams to ensure we are efficiently delivering delightful customer experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketplace operations, strategy, business management, management consulting or a fast-paced startup; experience in healthcare, staffing, or tech-enabled services is a plus
- Demonstrated success owning the strategy and performance of a complex business unit or marketplace function
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in experimentation, A/B testing, and KPI-driven decision-making, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL Proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
