Description
Imagen is looking for an Event & Brand Experience Manager to own Imagen’s event strategy and execution end to end. You’ll lead sponsored events, conferences, and digital experiences while helping bring our brand to life through creative, high-impact activations. This role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and brand, turning experiences into real business results.
Responsibilities
- Own Imagen’s sponsored events from planning to post-event reporting, including logistics, timelines, budgets, goal setting, performance tracking, and identifying cost savings without compromising quality.
- Plan and deliver conferences and digital experiences as needed, creating engaging in-person and online moments.
- Maximize partner value at events by organizing speakers, hosting booth Q&As, and working closely with Social to promote collaborations.
- Identify new virtual and physical event opportunities and develop proposals for Imagen to evaluate.
- Design creative, on-brand event experiences that support business objectives and amplify Imagen’s presence.
- Contribute to broader brand initiatives, supporting campaigns and activations beyond events when needed.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Data, Design, Social Media, and others) to ensure optimized event success through clear communication and alignment.
- Create post-event reports focused on lead generation and brand awareness, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Support workshops and events with tools, materials, key messaging, and creative ideas that help tell Imagen’s story.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager in a software/SaaS company - Must
- Native-level English (written and spoken) - Must
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience managing budgets, tight timelines, and end-to-end event execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with vendors, partners, organizers, and internal teams
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Experience with event management tools.
