Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Team Lead to own external credibility and go-to-market quality across Imagen’s product portfolio.

This is a senior management role with direct responsibility for leading and developing a team of Product Marketers. The role combines people leadership with hands-on ownership of the highest-leverage product marketing decisions.

As Imagen expands from a single product into a broader platform, this role is critical to ensuring that what we promise externally is precise, coherent, and grounded in customer reality, market context, and product truth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product launches end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, strong alignment, and meaningful impact.
  • Own the quality and credibility of Imagen’s external positioning.
  • Set standards for how product value is articulated across launches and surfaces.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers, buyers, and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Product leadership to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Marketers, holding a high bar for judgment, clarity, and impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing with ownership of major product launches.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Marketing teams.
  • Strong judgment in positioning, launches, and market communication.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and infl uence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • High standards for clarity, credibility, and customer trust.
