Description

Imagen is looking for a strategic and motivated Social Media & Community Team Lead to guide our social media and community efforts. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of engaging a passionate community of photographers and creative professionals. Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Community Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media narratives and strategies to enhance Imagen’s online presence and foster community growth. Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all social media channels in alignment with the overall brand strategy and company goals.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Manage the hands-on creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand values, results in growth, and supports brand expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the marketing department and other departments to align social media and community efforts with broader company goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: The Social Media Team Lead is also the direct manager of our Community and podcast manager.
  • Lead and manage the community team to ensure that our community members are highly engaged, feel valued, and have a positive experience across all platforms. Build and maintain relationships with other communities to support the growth of our community, brand presence, and user base.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Experience working in a high-paced tech-centered company
  • Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights
  • Creative thinker, with a proven track record of working closely with design and creative teams
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Experience in organizing and managing online communities and community events - a plus
  • Familiarity with the photography or AI industries - a plus.
