Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with proven experience in driving growth to join our product team and spearhead the company's growth initiatives. You will collaborate with the growth team and work cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities that accelerate user acquisition and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also dive into the tactical details to implement growth initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and other departments to align growth initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Product Discovery: Engage in continuous discovery with customers and support agents to gather insights and prioritize growth-related features and improvements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to develop growth features. Write detailed PRDs, create wireframes, and develop UI/UX that drives user growth.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Develop, track, and refine metrics to measure the impact of growth initiatives. Identify new levers to help move key metrics.
  • Customer Focus: Stay close to our users to understand their needs and pain points, using these insights to drive product decisions that enhance growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth.
  • Track Record: Proven experience designing, building, launching, and improving user-facing products that drive growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer Obsession: A passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic - Advantage.
  • Passion for Photography: A photographer - Big advantage.
