Description

We’re looking for a data driven product marketing manager with a creative touch. You will be responsible for our main customer communication channel and focus on creating the perfect customer journey from conversion to retention, while conducting ongoing tests on different messaging, creative approaches and design.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic planning and execution of the email marketing channel and maintain optimal conversion and retention rates based on data and compelling messaging.
  • Implement and analyze optimization tests (AB tests) to improve user funnels from the website through product onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and align with market trends, competitive intelligence and customer feedback when optimizing the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing and CS team on various product launches, releases and company wide initiatives.
  • Support the product marketing team on GTM planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a product marketing role (or equivalent), B2C marketing is an advantage.
  • High Level of English and with both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with email marketing and automation tools.
  • Experience with building customer journeys using multiple marketing channels.
  • Experience with content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in data analytics/business intelligence/revenue intelligence is a plus.
