As a Marketing & Brand Designer, you will join the Creative Marketing team and play a crucial role in supporting our design initiatives across all marketing channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your design skills while contributing to projects that highlight Imagen's innovative AI tools and benefits to the photography community through visually stunning designs that tell a story.

  • Assist in the development and creation of visually appealing designs & assets that adhere to our guidelines and industry standards, while also showcasing innovation and creativity for digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, promotional materials, and website visuals, aligning with Imagen's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging, a consistent visual identity and seamless integration of design elements across different media.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Continuously learn and apply new design techniques and tools relevant to Imagen's market positioning.
  • You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across teams and departments, where you'll navigate and solve intricate challenges. Attention to detail will be key as you take ownership of your work, welcoming feedback and adjustments with openness.   • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials with an emphasis on digital advertising across various channels (newsletters, banners, social media advertising etc.). Initiate and execute design tasks that elevate the Imagen brand accordingly.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library, including logos, images, and design files, for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity.


  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or brand design context for international audiences at an agency or in-house design team.
  • Bold, full of curiosity and creativity.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating skill in visual design and brand communication for various digital and print mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (including Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of the assorted social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Ability to create infographics/data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories..
  • Keen attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to execute creative feedback accordingly in a professional manner.
  • Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Design or a related field is preferred.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Great personality and social skills.
  • Proficiency in illustration & photography – a strong advantage.
