HoneyBook is the leading AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners. Designed to enhance—not replace—independent professionals, HoneyBook’s AI-powered tools help businesses attract leads, connect with clients, book projects, and manage payments more efficiently. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. Since its founding in 2013, HoneyBook has powered over 25 million client relationships and processed more than $12 billion in transactions, helping independent businesses grow faster and smarter.

Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and have a growth mindset. We know experience comes in many forms, some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-charged environment and have similar experience to what we are looking for, we encourage you to apply.

Mobile is a core pillar of our AI strategy. We’re hiring a Staff PM to lead the Mobile Platform team, ensuring our iOS/Android apps and mobile developer infrastructure are stable, modern, and built to unlock faster, safer, and more consistent mobile development across the company. You’ll also be a strategic owner of how AI shows up natively on mobile, shaping the roadmap where our assistive booking experiences become truly mobile-first.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll serve internal feature teams, partner deeply with Mobile/Infra/AI engineering, and champion a mobile-first mentality across product, design, and go-to-market.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Own the mobile platform roadmap: ensuring stable, high-performance apps, modern CI/CD, and a foundation that enables fast, reliable development across teams.
  • Be the connective tissue: gather needs from feature teams, prioritize mobile investments, and land solutions that reduce duplicative work and speed up product delivery.
  • Ship AI-native mobile experiences: partner with AI/ML and data teams to integrate assistive capabilities where they matter most on mobile.
  • Champion mobile-first product thinking: identify opportunities across squads to leverage sensors, notifications, camera, voice, and on-the-go workflows to drive core business outcomes (qualified leads, conversion to booking, faster pay).
  • Champion user understanding: Deeply understand user needs through research, feedback, and data, and partner with design and engineering to translate those insights into exceptional product experiences.
  • Drive measurable impact: define KPIs and run experiments to move them.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Strong product sense with a sharp eye for design, detail, and usability.
  • Deep curiosity and critical thinking, always probing to fully understand needs.
  • Clear, confident communicator (Hebrew & English), able to collaborate assertively, ask hard questions, and align stakeholders at every level.
  • Outcome-driven: focus on impact, define the right metrics, and adapt quickly to move them.
  • Execution excellence: own the full lifecycle—discovery, specification, delivery, iteration—balancing detail orientation with big-picture clarity.
  • AI Fluency is a Must: At HoneyBook, AI Fluency means being able to leverage AI tools and automations to dramatically accelerate your work — turning processes that once took days into hours (or less). It’s the ability to communicate ideas not just with words, but through prototypes, visual mockups, and AI-generated demos or clips that bring concepts to life.
We know not everyone has worked in an AI-first culture like HoneyBook’s — and that’s okay. What matters most is a proven track record of curiosity, experimentation, and self-driven learning when it comes to new technologies.

Here is what is needed:

  • 7+ years in product management with significant ownership of mobile apps and/or mobile platforms.
  • Platform mindset: a track record of delivering internal platforms/shared systems that other teams adopt—and the stakeholder skills to drive that adoption.
  • AI product intuition: Demonstrated experience launching or scaling AI-powered features (a mobile context is a strong advantage).
  • Communication & leadership: clear, direct, calm under pressure; able to align execs, engineers, designers, data scientists, and GTM on the “why” and “what.”
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (proficiency in English is a must), with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Our core values:

People come first: We prioritize people as we explore opportunities and work through challenges.Raise the bar: We push for greatness—for ourselves, each other, and our members.Own it: Trust and ownership let us make decisions with confidence. We love what we do: We bring passion to our work and love what we create for our members.Keep it real: Authenticity, respect, and transparency are at our core.
