No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-charged environment and have similar experience to what we are looking for, we encourage you to apply.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Enablement Lead to ensure that our GTM teams have a deep understanding of our products, members, markets, and AI capabilities. This role is your opportunity to build and scale impactful enablement programs from the ground up, empowering teams across the organization to launch products - including AI powered features - with confidence, tell compelling stories, and serve our members with deep empathy. We’re a company deeply invested in product excellence and member impact. In this role, you won’t just be a facilitator of knowledge, you’ll be a strategic partner helping drive product adoption, team alignment, and customer satisfaction. If you're energized by building from scratch, influencing across functions, and creating clarity in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a meaningful mark at a mission-driven company.

This role is hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office.

Here are some things you’ll be working on:

  • Design and execute training programs around new product releases, AI features, and general product knowledge.
  • Build a scalable framework for ongoing education—including onboarding, workshops, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Develop and lead AI-focused enablement to help teams understand and position emerging AI capabilities.
  • Create a company-wide enablement program centered on learning about the product, our members, and our market.
  • Maintain a central library of enablement materials that are current, accessible, and actionable
  • Lead initiatives that foster empathy for our members by sharing insights on who they are, their needs, and how they use our products.
  • Translate market insights into impactful enablement strategies aligned with GTM execution.
  • Own the internal go-to-market enablement strategy for product launches, ensuring teams are fully prepared to drive adoption.
  • Improve operational processes for product releases—templates, messaging consistency, and training alignment.
  • Partner with People Operations to onboard new hires with effective product education.
  • Ensure continuous learning via structured learning paths and team-focused workshops.
  • Run a monthly skills or research session for the company
  • Establish and track success metrics (e.g., product adoption, CSAT, training effectiveness).
  • Continuously iterate and improve enablement programs based on feedback and outcomes.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3+ yrs experience in a product education role—translating complex product concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable training materials—within a SaaS or high growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a highly cross-functional role with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience measuring and optimizing enablement initiatives through data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies and the ability to educate teams on their applications within the product.
  • Strategic enablement vision: you connect enablement to business outcomes like revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Customer empathy: you deeply understand member needs and incorporate that perspective into training and positioning.
  • Operational rigor: you’ve built and scaled internal enablement programs with clear goals, timelines, and measurable results; driving product awareness, adoption, and cross functional alignment.
  • Communication excellence: you distill complex topics into compelling, digestible training content.
  • Collaborative mindset: you align stakeholders across teams and foster shared understanding and adoption.

Bonus points if you:

  • Previous experience in change management and driving adoption of new technologies across internal teams.
  • Experience working with the independent/solopraneur market a plus
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (we use Intellum) is ideal

The good stuff:

  • Mission-driven: You'll be joining more than just another startup. Our members’ success is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Impact: We move quickly and encourage every employee to push the envelope. Our best ideas come from out-of-the-box thinking and innovation; be ready to fail fast and often!
  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and meaningful equity grants.
    • Base pay is $120k-$135k, depending on experience and skills.
  • Benefits & perks: From wellness programs to exceptional family leave policies, the health and happiness of our employees are foremost.

Our core values:

  • People come first: We prioritize people as we explore opportunities and work through challenges.
  • Raise the bar: We push for greatness—for ourselves, each other, and our members.
  • Own it: Trust and ownership let us make decisions with confidence.
