About GoSource

GoSource is on a mission to transform how the construction materials industry connects, buys, and grows. We're building the go-to platform for sourcing slabs, surfaces, and building materials — bringing together suppliers, fabricators, and design professionals across the country. As we scale, we're looking for a driven, relationship-first Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and deepen partnerships across the industry.

The Role

You'll be the face of GoSource to a community of fabricators, stone dealers, interior designers, contractors, and building material distributors. Your job is equal parts hunter and farmer — opening doors with new prospects while nurturing the relationships that keep clients coming back. You know this industry, you love the product, and you understand how deals actually get done on the floor and in the yard.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects within the stone, surfaces, and construction materials space
  • Develop genuine, lasting relationships with fabricators, dealers, designers, and contractors
  • Present GoSource's value proposition and guide clients through the sales process
  • Hit your revenue goals and contribute to the team's overall growth targets
  • Stay plugged into industry events, trade shows, and associations to represent the brand
  • Collaborate with the team to share intel, refine messaging, and improve our approach
  • Keep CRM updated and use data to prioritize your efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience selling slabs/tiles/flooring — Experience in adjacent construction materials (lighting, hardwood, cabinetry, etc.) will also be considered
  • A track record of building client relationships that stick — you're not just closing deals, you're building a book
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken. You don't need to be a native speaker, but your communication needs to be polished and confident
  • Self-starter mentality — you're comfortable working independently, managing your own calendar, and driving results without hand-holding
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-informed approach to sales
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Additional languages are a nice bonus
