🛠 About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and grow GoSource Hub—our online store tailored for construction pros. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes e-commerce performance, CRO, and digital product execution.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and delivery of our store experience. The focus will be on building, testing, and optimizing pages and flows to increase engagement, conversion, and value to our pro members.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of the e-commerce platform, from homepage UX to conversion paths.
  • Run experiments (A/B testing, landing page variants, funnel optimizations).
  • Own CRO tactics: improve CTAs, form logic, SEO elements, product page UX, etc.
  • Partner with marketing and design to shape growth-driven campaigns.
  • Sync with dev to scope and deliver changes quickly and iteratively.
  • Track and improve performance metrics: conversion, time-on-site, CTRs, and lead volume.

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, performance product, or CRO-focused roles.
  • Experience managing or optimizing online stores or marketplaces.
  • You’ve worked cross-functionally - comfortable leading conversations with marketing, design, and dev.
  • You’re **data-obsessed**: dashboards, funnels, segment analysis—it’s your native language.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Looker, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow, Shopify, or similar.

🎁 Nice to Have

  • Background in B2B, marketplaces, or the construction/materials domain.
  • Experience with product merchandising or catalog structure.
  • Experience integrating product, marketing, and CRM efforts.
