Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help grow our business. This role is ideal for a sales professional with established connections with multifamily owners and operators. With GoSource’s proven ability to deliver 22% savings on materials and an 11% increase in IRR, the value of our services speaks for itself. Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Business Development: Leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect with multifamily real estate owners and operators, focusing on key decision-makers in construction and property management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients to secure long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Execution: Present GoSource's industry-leading software and services, emphasizing our unique value proposition, including 22% cost savings on materials and a significant increase in IRR.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand GoSource’s client base.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on multifamily market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including procurement and software development, to deliver seamless service and maximize client outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the multifamily real estate, construction, building materials or related industry, with a proven track record of securing and growing client accounts.
  • Network: Strong existing connections with multifamily real estate firms, ideally in the Southern California markets, particularly with construction and property management teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
