Position Overview:

The Head of Procurement will lead GoSource's procurement operations, ensuring the efficient sourcing and supply of construction materials and services at industry-leading prices. This strategic role will drive innovation, improve procurement processes, and foster relationships with suppliers to support GoSource’s mission of delivering unparalleled savings, efficiency, and reliability to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with top-tier suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to expand GoSource’s network and ensure uninterrupted access to high-quality materials.
• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with GoSource’s commitment for optimized cost estimates and value engineering.
• Platform Optimization: Leverage GoSource’s innovative AI-powered platform to optimize procurement processes, including tools for tracking, quoting, and managing shipments to enhance turnaround speeds.
• Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring GoSource consistently delivers significant savings on materials for its clients.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing procurement team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and real-time data to refine procurement strategies, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, ideally within construction, real estate or building materials
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with major suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and operational improvements.
• Deep knowledge of construction materials, industry trends, and supplier ecosystems.
