Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of users. Design cross-platform solutions (web and mobile apps) that solve real problems for each persona.
• Design Leadership: Lead design projects from concept to launch, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Innovation: Continuously explore and incorporate new design trends and technologies to create cutting-edge product experiences.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality design across our platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and other teams to define and execute solutions that enhance the overall product experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product design experience in a tech-driven or e-commerce environment.
• User Research Skills: Proven experience conducting user research, including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing, to create solutions that meet user needs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and turning complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Industry Experience: Experience in fast-growing tech companies, particularly those focused on data-driven or customer-centric products.
