General Overview:

As a Sales Manager at GoSource, you will be responsible for scouting for new clients, building strong relationships and managing them, generating revenue by selling countertops and slabs from the leading brands on the market to construction professionals and businesses across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring our customers have access to top-quality building materials with the bespoke service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and market presence in the countertops and slabs segment, generating repeat business and revenue.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our countertops and slabs product offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating product information to the team and clients.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as technology, business and product, to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of surfaces; countertops and slabs is a plus.
