NOTE: This role is based in NYC. LOLA operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. LOLA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lyra, a collective of brands in the Personal Care and Family categories, dedicated to caring for our customers and their loved ones.
We are looking for a Brand Lead to run the day-to-day strategy and execution to fuel LOLA’s continued growth! You will play a central role in all aspects of LOLA’s omnichannel presence, with dedicated support from cross-functional partners across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Sales, Finance, and more. You will also directly manage LOLA’s P&L, with a focus on digital sales channels (primarily DTC and Amazon, but inclusive of TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and more). This role reports into LOLA’s General Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Manage financial performance across DTC and Amazon, with an emphasis on expanding our market share and generating repeatable, profitable growth

  • Analyze consumer trends and operational KPIs to identify, scope, and deliver opportunities for improvement across the business
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to track inventory and forecast demand
  • Establish and refresh business goals in partnership with brand and company leadership
  • Conduct market research, category analysis, and track industry trends to shape the future of LOLA and stay ahead of the competition
  • Represent and champion the LOLA brand externally, from industry events to consumer activations and speaking opportunities
  • Manage and optimize LOLA’s DTC website, including site audits, updates, landing page builds, feature QA, and SaaS launches
  • Own and enhance DTC conversion rates through data analysis, funnel visualization and tracking, and user journey optimization
  • Oversee relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations and experiences
  • Manage and update digital assets to reflect current promotions, inventory, and seasonal trends
  • Identify opportunities for improved user experience and streamline the purchase funnel

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy or digital business growth in a consumer sector (Shopify experience is a plus)
  • Experience as a P&L owner, with a proven track record of driving top-line results and margin expansion
  • Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategies to drive revenue and conversion improvements (including strong proficiency in Excel and other BI tools)
  • “Digital-first” operator with a brand management toolkit that extends to knowledge across related functions (e.g. performance marketing, operations, financial planning)
  • Experience with catalog management and innovation in CPG
  • Passion for women’s wellness and LOLA’s brand mission

Benefits:

  • Flexible PTO
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 401K match
  • Paid Family Leave
  • Life Insurance
  • Short & Long Term Disability
  • Professional development stipend
  • Pet insurance discounts
  • Commuter benefits
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
