We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Business Operations Manager to spearhead this pivotal role at Oversee.

Join our rapidly expanding global organization and embrace a key financial position. Moreover, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to shape and execute Oversee's financial strategic initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Work closely with the Head of Finance on investor relations documents and reports, fundraising documents, and board updates (deck/summaries/reports)
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
    • Cohort retention analysis
    • LTV/CAC and other SaaS metrics
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for key stakeholders
  • Lead complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisions
  • Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of both short- and long-range financial forecasts and budgets, including: Creating detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Requirements

About you:

  • BS in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Native English (If you are not a native English speaker, please do not apply) with outstanding written English and communication skills.
  • +3 years of work experience in SaaS companies or Investment companies (Family office, VC) or Consulting firms
  • Strong analytical skills: a data-driven mentality and high attention to detail; proficient with spreadsheets and excited to dig through data to get actionable insights
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA - advantage
  • Experience working as a strategy/business consultant - advantage
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM -Advantage
