Candidates located anywhere in the US will be considered for this remote work position.We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to focus on our TMC vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the travel industry, a customer-centric approach, and a reputation for consistently surpassing quotas. As a self-starter, you'll be responsible for setting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.At Oversee, we value innovation and encourage employees to bring fresh ideas to the table. Your Impact:
  • Ongoing management of current Channel partners, while identifying new business and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Enable partner deal support, cross-functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials tailored to the corporate partner and showcasing Oversee’s value proposition
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build efficient onboarding plans
  • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, including QBRs and CEO/COO-level meetings
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and write program concepts, proposals, and reports
  • Lead negotiation and contracting with our strategic partners
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue
Requirements About You:
  • +3 years of channel sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Working in the travel industry is helpful but not required. Working at a high-growth technology company is also a plus
  • Demonstrated previous success in increasing revenue through channel sales
  • Proven experience initiating sales calls and contacts; pursuing prospects to secure meetings; winning referrals and exploring sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, playing an active role in discussing and developing solutions with client teams and clients
  • Experience working with internal and external partners, understanding of procurement & licensing methods
  • Executive-level communication/presenting skills
  • Familiarity and strong passion to work in the business travel technology sector
