We have a proven product-market fit and a high-velocity sales engine; now, we are looking for our first Account Executive in the USA to lead our North American expansion.

This is a foundational role. You will have the autonomy of a "founding seller" with the backing of a company that is already winning globally.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Faddom, you will drive the pipeline: Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and demos to final negotiations and closing, working with both SMB and Enterprise customers. You’ll guide prospects from the introduction call and demo, through the evaluation process, collaborate with our pre-sales engineers on POC engagements, and drive deals to closure. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in East Coast USA time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive deals from prospecting and qualification through the close.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical teams to drive adoption
  • Deliver compelling product demos and value-driven sales presentations
  • Work closely with Faddom's pre-sales engineers to run POCs, ensuring technical validation and alignment with customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quotas
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in our CRM

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cyber or technical SAAS companies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling to C-Level executives, CISO's, CIO's, and CTO's.
  • Experience selling in the SMB and Enterprise markets.
  • Experience selling technical products involving a POC process with pre-sales engineers
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry; knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
  • Located in an East Coast USA time zone (or willing to work those hours)
