We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible student to join our team as an Operations & Office Manager. This role sits at the heart of our day-to-day activity, combining operational management, financial administration, and client communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operations Management: Own and optimize daily workflows, manage vendors, and oversee procurement.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily administrative activities and internal logistics.
  • Financial Administration: Monitor expenses and work closely with our accounting firm.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage collections and communicate with clients about payments in a professional, confident manner.

Requirements:

  • Skills: High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in both Hebrew & English.
  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, assertive yet pleasant, and highly trustworthy.
