Faddom, a high-growth IT and Cybersecurity Startup, is recruiting an Inbound BDR for its Marketing Department. This is an entry-level launchpad designed for ambitious go-getters who want to jumpstart their career in high-tech Marketing and Sales.

The Mission: qualify, prioritize, and convert inbound marketing leads into booked meetings. You will manage the flow of demand generated by organic and paid marketing investments, ensuring high-quality opportunities are tracked and handed off to Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Rapid Technical Ramp-Up: You must learn fast. You will be expected to quickly grasp our product and domain to a level where you can confidently discuss value with industry pros.
  • Lead Qualification & Scoring: Act as the gatekeeper. You will rigorously qualify inbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritize them based on engagement and technical fit.
  • Book Meetings: Manage a high volume of inbound interest. You will be on the phone heavily, using a consultative and value-oriented approach to turn raw leads into scheduled sales opportunities.
  • Meticulous Tracking and Feedback Loop: In a startup, data is our lifeline. You will manage the entire lead lifecycle in Salesforce and Salesloft, including lead nurturing email campaigns and multi-channel cadences. Provide real-time feedback on lead quality.

  • Native English Speaker: Non-negotiable. You must possess flawless spoken and written English to understand nuance and tone over the phone.

  • Tech-Savvy: You pick up new tools (CRM, Sales Engagement) and complex concepts quickly.

Sales Calling Experience / Bachelor’s Degree - a big advantage!

Schedule: 10:00 - 18:00 / 16:00 - 00:00 - Hybrid, Light US Hours (2 days remote per week)
