Faddom is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM organization and help drive efficiency and performance across the different teams in our Business Dept. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing hi-tech startup, lead and collaborate on the GTM process, supporting our teams as they optimize workflows, processes and tools to help them exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of historical and current Marketing, Sales and Post-Sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization
- Establish best practices and standardized processes for revenue reporting and forecasting across the company
- Develop, maintain and update dashboards and reports in Salesforce. Partner with our Salesforce development team to manage and optimize the platform.
- Improve workflow and processes, including automation that improve effectiveness across the revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal close, and renewal.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity.
- Own end-to-end revenue analytics and drive strategic insights from data.
- Generate weekly sales forecasts, opportunity pipeline reports, and deal dynamics analyses for the sales, customer success teams, and leadership.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A builder’s mindset: You love creating order out of chaos and scaling systems
- Bonus: experience working with Hi-Tech startups.
