We are now seeking a dynamic and driven B2B salesperson to join our rapidly growing team. This is the perfect opportunity to be a part of our journey!. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our team and help drive our expansion across the SMB and Enterprise markets.
About the RoleAs an Account Executive at Faddom, you will manage the sales cycle from qualification to close, working with both SMB and Enterprise customers. You’ll guide prospects from the introduction call and demo, through the evaluation process, collaborate with our pre-sales engineers on POC engagements, and drive deals to closure. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in East Coast USA time zones (with flexibility for earlier hours).
Responsibilities- Manage and drive deals from qualification through the close. (no cold prospecting)
- Engage with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical teams to drive adoption
- Work closely with Faddom's pre-sales engineers to run POCs, ensuring technical validation and alignment with customer needs
- Deliver compelling product demos and value-driven sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quotas
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in our CRM
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, security or technical solutions
- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience selling to C-Level executives.
- Experience selling in the SMB and Enterprise markets.
- Experience selling technical products involving a POC process with pre-sales engineers
- Strong understanding of the IT industry; knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms
- Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
- Located in an East Coast USA time zone (or willing to work those hours)
