As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Channels & Partnerships Manager to join our team and help drive our expansion across the MSP/MSSP and partner market in North America.

About the Role

As a Channels & Partnerships Manager at Faddom, you will manage the sales cycle from qualification to close, working with our partners. You’ll guide prospects from the introduction call and demo, through the evaluation process, collaborate with our pre-sales engineers on POC engagements, and drive deals to closure.You will also manage the relationship of our partners in collaboration with our customer success team, postsale.

This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in East Coast USA time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Onboard new partners to expand market reach
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with the customer success teams to enhance partner success
  • Manage and drive deals from qualification through the close. (no cold prospecting)
  • Engage with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical teams to drive adoption
  • Work closely with Faddom's pre-sales engineers to run POCs, ensuring technical validation and alignment with customer needs
  • Deliver compelling product demos and value-driven sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quotas
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in our CRM
Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in channel sales and partnerships with a focus in the SAAS, Security, or IT industries.

Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas

  • Experience selling to C-Level executives.
  • Experience selling technical products involving a POC process with pre-sales engineers
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry; knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
