Technical Success Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started with Faddom, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between technical and customer needs.

What You Need
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Must have experience working directly with customers.
  • Great Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English is a must.
What You’ll Do
  • Pre-Sales Support: Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process.
  • Onboarding & Customer Success: Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support.
  • Customer Support: Be the go-to person for technical questions and ensure customers have a great experience.



Job Details
  • Location: Ramat Gan (Bursa) – mostly in-office.
  • Hours: Regular working hours with some flexibility.

Environment: Fast-paced, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
