The Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Post Sales Manager to join our Customer Success department. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales and customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre-sales activities, including technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs, while providing support to the sales team.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, conducting technical onboarding sessions, quarterly reviews, and driving adoption and retention.
Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
Engage in remote, customer-facing interactions to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Mandatory.
Familiarity with Linux.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.

More about the position:

High proficiency in English (written and oral) is a MUST.
Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa). The position is mainly in-office.
Regular working hours with some flexibility as needed.
Passion for working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
