Faddom is excited to expand its Marketing team following a successful Seed round from NFX and A Round from a top-notch Israeli VC. We are seeking a Marketing leader with proven experience in a similar role, one who can plan and execute a cross-the-board hyper-growth marketing plan.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role and lead Faddom's journey of taking over the global Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) IT Operations and Cybersecurity sector. Key Qualifications:

Proven experience (7-10 years) in B2B SaaS and/or PLG startups.
Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity is a big plus.
Ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Knowledge in managing consultants and agencies around PR, website design and development, branding and messaging, and content creation.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies (SEO/PPC/marketing automation/content)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Native level of English is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy focused on growth.
Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring that our brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.
Drive brand awareness and inbound lead generation through effective marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align product marketing with business goals.
Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

T&Cs:

Full-time position based in our Ramat Gan office (Bursa area).
Sunday to Thursday (Wednesday, we're working from home), 10:00-18:00, with flexibility as needed.
