We’re looking for an experienced Director of Programs to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our team can execute with both precision and scale.

Position Overview: The Director of Programs will lead the development, management, and optimization of cross-functional marketing programs to support EvenUp's growth goals. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives are planned and executed efficiently and will work closely with teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to align resources and meet business objectives. This individual will focus on operational excellence and program delivery, acting as a strategic partner to the CMO and marketing leadership team to enhance impact and effectiveness. We’re not looking for a traditional marketing operations leader; instead, we need a proactive, strategic program manager who can bring the big picture into focus and drive successful project completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with marketing leadership to define and prioritize high-impact marketing programs that align with company objectives, ensuring the roadmap supports quarterly and annual goals.

  • Initiative Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing programs, from concept through execution and analysis, including many areas of Marketing in partnership with other Marketing leaders

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for priority initiatives between marketing and cross-functional teams to align on program goals, resources, and expectations.

  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Help define overall resourcing and budget needs for marketing and specific project requirements. Working with the CMO, allocate resources effectively, identifying and managing potential bottlenecks, conflicts, or risks. Work with teams to optimize project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics for program success—partner with analytics and insights teams to assess program performance and make data-informed adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

  • Center of Excellence for Programs: Develop, refine, standardize, and train on best practices for marketing. Drive consistent, high-quality marketing efforts across the organization by offering expertise, resources, and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing program management, integrated marketing, creative marketing or similar roles in a high-growth B2B tech company. Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives at a director or senior management level.

  • Strategic & Operational Balance: Proven track record of developing strategic marketing programs that translate company goals into actionable, measurable initiatives.

  • Program Management Expertise: Deep expertise in program management methodologies, emphasizing communication, and quality control.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, measure program effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot based on changing priorities and market dynamics.
